HOTEL Tip

We don't recommend staying in Red Hook, Brooklyn (near the wedding venue). The area is very charming, but it's not well connected to the rest of the city. www.hoteltonight.com and www.booking.com are good resources for finding a hotel in the city.

HOTEL BLOCK: Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge

333 Adams Street, Downtown Brooklyn, NY 11201

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott in Downtown Brooklyn for the convenience of our out-of-town guests. This is about a 20 minute car ride from our wedding. If you'd like to book a room please use this link before April 25th.

TRANSPORTATION to the Wedding

Please be sure to download Uber/Lyft onto your phone in advance of your trip. Red Hook is not well connected by public transportation, so a car service will be the easiest way to get to and from the wedding.

The ferry is also a DELIGHTFUL way to get to Red Hook from Manhattan or from Brooklyn Heights. Be sure to check the schedule in advance though and plan ahead!

Things to Do

A few places we love beyond the most popular sites

. . .

New York TRANSIT Museum

A museum in a decommissioned subway station. Great for kids of all ages.

The NOGUCHI Museum

Impressive museum and sculpture garden. Unique.

The GREEN-WOOD Cemetery

We went here on our first date. It's beautiful, especially in the spring.
